It's now been a few months since the new Coordinated Entry process begin, and some recurring errors have begun to show up. ICA will be holding some refresher trainings in order to go over the most common errors and answer any questions that users have.

Please note that while the trainings will be differentiated between Access Points and Housing Providers (for the purposes of user questions), the same common errors will be covered in each session. This session will also not take the place of the usual CoC Coordinated Entry training.

You will not need to be an HMIS user to attend, but this session will primarily focus on Coordinated Entry in HMIS. Please consider bringing a laptop if you would like to do data cleanup during the session.
