Abstract

Everyone who enters into a project is required to have a project entry assessment filled out to meet the requirements by various funders.  In this webinar, we will show you to how successfully collect all necessary information within an Entry Assessment in a timely and effect manner, so the information can be used at a later date.  This includes how to appropriate date sub-assessment items, and complete HUD Verifications.  We will review how to complete Entry Assessments for a Single Individual and a Family.
