Everyone attending an In-person class will also be added to ICATraining.org. They can begin as soon as they get the login information and should not wait for the In-person class. The In-person class will focus on making sure students understand how to navigate our LMS and Mock Servicepoint sites, as well as walking them through several practice cases to make sure that they get over any rough stops in the training.
