Today is the deadline for submitting the federal System Performance Measures. ICA works with the CoC to submit these reports through HDX 2.0.

HUD has announced that the submission period for the System Performance Measures (SPM) federal report begins on February 12 and will close on March 13, 2024.

The SPMs are a series of outcome measures that evaluate CoC-wide performance for a year. This report looks at data for Fiscal Year 2023 and is pulled directly from HMIS.

As HMIS Lead, ICA runs these reports and presents preliminary data to the community before submitting. HUD allows the option for communities to resubmit data from the previous year. The preliminary data ICA presents includes a comparison of the data submitted for FY2022 and the resubmitted data for FY2022.

HMIS participating agencies have already completed data quality cleanup as part of LSA preparations.
