This training will review the questions in ServicePoint that assist in determining a client's Chronic Homeless designation. It will review the data entry requirements required for mass shelters versus a Coordinated Entry referral and how it impacts where the client falls on the list. It will also discuss what is acceptable documentation in HMIS for PSH projects in determining eligibility.
