2025 Point in Time (PIT) and Housing Inventory Count (HIC) Resources

The 2025 Point in Time (PIT) and Housing Inventory Count (HIC) will occur on Wednesday, January 22nd. The PIT count is a count of individuals and households experiencing homelessness on a single night in January, while the HIC is an inventory of beds/units available to serve individuals and households experiencing homelessness.

The Institute for Community Alliances (ICA) is partnering with the North Dakota Continuum of Care (CoC) to provide resources to assist providers in ensuring accurate data collection and submission processes for the PIT and HIC.

The online 2025 Unsheltered PIT Portal provides unsheltered data for those experiencing homelessness in a place not meant for habitation.
