Big Changes Are Coming!
You should have heard by now that HUD is overhauling it's data entry requirements for HMIS, including changes to both the Universal Data Elements and to Program Specific Data Entry Requirements. Our staff are diligently working to ensure a smooth transition. Some things you should be aware of:
1. Sept. 27th ServicePoint will be upgraded to 5.11
2. Sept. 28 and 29th ServicePoint will be available, but we are asking to only log in if
absolutely needed as the assessment changes will be taking place throughout the
day.
3. All changes will be complete in ServicePoint on or before 10/1.
4. All clients receiving service on or after Oct.1 will need to follow the new assessment
requirements.
We will keep you posted as new information becomes available!
