New Northwest HMIS Regional Coordinator

ICA is happy to announce the hire of Leigh Polodna as the new Northwest HMIS Regional Coordinator. Leigh (pronounced “Lee”) is a 2012 graduate from UW-Eau Claire with a degree in Social Work. She has worked in homeless services for more than three years, starting as an intake worker at Starting Points in Chippewa Falls, WI.  She then went to work at West CAP, initially working in the agency’s Homeless Prevention and TBRA programs, but quickly moved to a case manager position in the Transitional Housing Program. Before joining ICA Leigh served as the Transitional Housing Program Lead Case Manager.

Over the next several weeks Leigh will be visiting the local continua in the northwest region and introducing herself to service providers as well as meeting the HMIS end-users in the area.

Please join us in welcoming Leigh to the ICA team.
