Federal Report Data and Dashboards
The Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) has defined four system-wide federal reports: the Point in Time (PIT) Count, the Housing Inventory Count (HIC), System Performance Measures (SPMs), and the Longitudinal Systems Analysis (LSA).
This page contains links to ICA Missouri Dashboards on the Point in Time (PIT) Count, the Housing Inventory Count (HIC), System Performance Measures (SPMs).
Point-in-Time Count
The PIT count provides a count of all persons experiencing sheltered and unsheltered homelessness within a CoC on a single night.
