PIT/HIC Update- Point-In-Time Count & Housing Inventory Count
The Point-in-Time (PIT) and Housing Inventory Count (HIC) are quickly approaching, taking place on January 28, 2026, with all data due to ICA on February 11, 2026.
If you are involved in the PIT count, whether through sheltered or unsheltered data collection, training videos and resources are available on the ICA website. Each video includes a description of its content and identifies who should watch it. We strongly encourage you to review the trainings that align with your role in the PIT/HIC process.
Along with the training videos, you can find links to the unsheltered survey form, paper unsheltered surveys, and a link to our sheltered PIT/HIC submission portal.
Point in Time Institute for Community Alliances
We also are asking for your help in identifying providers we may not yet be connected with, particularly non-HMIS-participating agencies. While we have contact information for HMIS-participating organizations, we want to ensure we are including all providers across the CoC. If you are aware of any emergency shelters, transitional housing programs, pop-up shelters, or other project types in your area that we may not know about, we would greatly appreciate hearing from you so we can make that connection.

Weekly Office Hour
In an effort to provide a better learning experience, we are incorporating a weekly "office hour" for anyone currently working on the new user ServicePoint (Community Services) test. This open Teams link will have a human on the other end every Thursday at 10:00AM . So, if you are a student struggling with their test or the system join us on Thursday mornings and be able to ask someone directly for help.
