Happy Holidays!
We would like to wish everyone a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year! In celebration of the holidays, Institute for Community Alliances will be closed December 25 – January 4. While we are out of the office we will periodically check our emails and will address any items that need immediate attention. All other items will be addressed when we return to the office on the 4th.

2015 User Trainings
Just a reminder, WI ServicePoint Users are required to attend/view the 2015 Security Training, attend 2 user trainings per year and, additionally, those with ART licenses are required to attend 2 ART trainings per year. This can be done by attending a live webinar or viewing a recorded webinar located on the Recorded Trainings page on our website. We know you have been working hard to meet this requirement, so thank you!!
2016 User Trainings - NEW
NEW IN 2016 – User trainings will be available primarily as recorded versions for you to view at your leisure. New User trainings will be held LIVE in January, March, May, August and October. Recorded versions of the New User training series will be available by request starting in February 2016.
